In 2025, the Conference will turn to the Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State National Project and focus on economic efficiency of data management models at different economic levels. These issues will also include approaches to data assessments and institutional mechanisms designed to regulate data markets.
The sessions will both reveal a great power of digital technologies for public administration, finances, higher education and science, and outline strategies for digitalized processes assessed through economic efficiency criteria for economic entities, industries, and the state in general. The Conference will also touch upon international experience from BRICS and EAEU, and balanced regulation practices for digital technologies use, which, among others, includes better data quality and availability, improved human rights digital security, and lower digital divide.
